Aluminium Coil/Foil Annealing Furnaces are used for annealing of the aluminium flat products under protective atmosphere after rolling.

CAACAF series are indirect gas fired or alternatively electrically heated and being operated fully automatically with Process Monitoring System.

CAACAF series are integrated with closed circuit cooling system circulating the furnace atmosphere through a gas/water heat exchanger.
 
Circulation fans in the furnace draw hot furnace atmosphere vertically through the load at high velocity to promote uniform and homogeneous heating of the coils.

Vertical furnace atmosphere flow with high flow rate leads to temperature homogeneity better than ? 4?C . In CAACAF series furnaces, furnace protective atmosphere is provided by Nitrogen Purging System serving the furnace atmospheres 0.1 % O2 concentration inside the furnace. Loading/unloading operations of the coils is performed by a cold car system that is equipped with hydraulically operated lifting system.
