  1. Device description:


  Our company manufactured Intermediate frequency electric furnace insulation mainly used for steel (iron) water heat and raise temperature. From other smelting equipment (such as blast furnace, converter, cupola furnace) and steel (iron) in water, poured into the heat induction furnace, and then fine-tune the composition, and properly put to the final casting temperature. General design of the raised temperature and the ability to 2 ~ 3 / min. Holding furnace to improve thermal efficiency, in between the lining and coil coatings must be thick enough to place the performance of the high-temperature insulation material, such as mica and the like.
