1,Features

Photosensitive coating: Coated by imported photographic emulsion and resin, the plate provides outstanding alkaline resistance, superior stability, high sensitive, high resolution and wide latitude.

Vacuum ventilating layer: decreased exposure time, and avoids the dots from exposure to vague.

Hydrophilic treatment: speedy ink-water balance and less water absorption. Superior water retaining capability prevents the non-image areas from scumming and avoids paper distorted.

Multi grain layer: enhance water receptive property of the non-image areas, insure dots reproduction, and extend the run-length.

Anodic-oxidized layer: after anodic oxidation process, the plate has run-length, and can better resist the corrosive effect of the correction fluid.

2, Plate manual:

1, Exposure

A, Light source: unseal under dark or yellow light. Iodine gallium lamp is suggested as exposure light source.

B, Exposure time: 60~80 seconds (based on: 3000W, 1m light distance)

C, Fuji grey scale could assist to fix a best exposure time: 3^rd step blank, 4^th step inked.

2, Develop

A, Process time: 30~60 seconds.

B, Solution temperature: 25°C±1°C
