The Electrical annealing furnace is for stress relieving silicon iron transformer cores in an air atmosphere at an optimum temperature of 800°C. The control panel has an impressive array of sophisticated instruments which will ensure precise temperature control and consistent annealing results. It is  easy and userfriendly to handle . You can control your furnace with control panel or alternatively with a pc system  . It is possible to control the furnace from far distances through the internet , with a integrated software . The temperature datas are stored  , in the pc and  the user can watch in realtime all the curing process from far distances . Model F615  can anneal around 1800-2100 kg at each annealing turn . According the customer needs we can design larger  furnace sizes too .
