Wuhan Longway Aluminum Collapsible Tube Co.,Ltdis an enterprise that focuses on producing aluminum tube in high quality, mainly for industries of medicine, cosmetics, food, fine chemicals and daily chemicals.

The Company has been integrated with currently most advanced tube-making technology and is equipped with four advanced automatic production lines for aluminum flexible tubes. The production and quality control are entirely in compliance with the national standard YBB00162002 on Medical Aluminum Ointment Tube promulgated by the State Food and Drug Administration and the British Standards: BS2006, presenting the current world standards for flexible tubes and being internationally accepted in the circle. The company has also been facilitated with all the physical and chemical and hygienic testing devices and measures as specified by the above standards. All product designs are compliance with the German standard:DIN5056、DIN5059.

In the process of supplying to domestic and overseas well-known medicine manufacturers, the company has been strictly abiding by the GMP management norms and ISO9000 Quality System and has consequently achieved good reputation and brand image. • CLEANING ROOM AND EQUIPMENT

The workshop layout has been designed as per Administrative Measures for Materials and Containers for Direct-contact Drug Packing and General Rules for Registration and Acceptance promulgated by the State Drug Administration (vide its Decree No.13 2004), for the construction of 100,000-ton clean production packing workshop covering the processes from inner coating to internal packing. We exported 3 full-auto production lines for aluminum flexible tubes from abroad.  The equipment is fine with reliable stability, and technologies of forming of nozzle membrane, lettering on the nozzle membrane , tube shoulder coating,Tubeshoulderprotruding logo,multi-time inner spraying,  6-color printing etc.

• QUALITY ENSURING SYSTEM

Abiding by the requirement of the GMP management norms and ISO9000 Quality System, the company has formulated production and management systems for different items, and guidance documents for quality system, and also formulated corresponding technology regulations, operation regulation based on the standards; constructed technology cards and facilities maintenance system; kept all the original records; constructed key controlling points; adopted the statistic technology, and implemented strictly the quality control.  After the processing of the products, only the qualified products can be put in storage after the sample inspection batch by batch based on GB/T2828-87 by the storage checker. Before the delivery, only the qualified products can leave the factory after the sample re-checked by the professional checker based on GB/T2828-87.

The quality supervision institute of the Company exerts its authority independently, and carries out 3-level quality inspection in the post, workshop, and company. And the inspectors of the 3-level quality inspection carry out post-responsible system. Each batch of products is all kept its complete record from the raw material check to the production process, until delivery to the customers. All the finished products and semimanufactures are of the characteristic of being tracked or traced back.

Based on the standard, the Company is equipped with Brinell—Rockwell hardness tester, airtight testing device, coating thickness testing device, milli-ampere testing device, and extrusion testing device etc that are necessary in products testing.  Physics and chemistry lab, checking lab of microbe and central checking platform on the production spot are all set up in accordance with the relevant requirements.

• AUTHENTICATION

The Company passed quality system authentication of ISO9000-2000 in Dec. 2008, and constructed a complete quality ensuring system, passed the inspection of the State Food and Drug Administration in Feb.2009and obtained the certificate of Drug Packing Material and Container Production License (SDP 20090445).

Our products have successively for three times pass the quality inspection and testing on samples carried out by the designated national authentic testing institutions. The products are entirely in compliance with the national standard YBB001562002 on Medical Aluminum Ointment Tube. For the analog marketing, the stability test (drug compatibility test) has been made on the products of the major demander “Compound Dexamethsone Acetate Cream”, with the testing result being completed in compliance with the requirements on ointment listed Appendix XIXC: List of Key Tests on Stability of Raw Drug and Agents of China’s Drug Act. Additionally, the products have also passed through the inspection and test with rigid items, strict conditions and long testing cycle, in the unusual toxic tests, skin stimulation test, and hygienic microbe quota test.
